			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Goes on Green BV, a wholly owned subsidiary of Goes on Green Ltd, acquired the Rosendaal Biodiesel Plant in Sluiskil, The Netherlands.  Al Tayyar Energy Ltd is the majority owner of Goes on Green Ltd.  The plant has a 250,000 MT capacity and includes a quay on the Ghent Terneuzen canal and a robust pretreatment facility that allows the plant to accommodate a wide range of feedstock.</p>
